It annoys me a lot how adult animation in the West just compromises of extremely vulgar for the sake of vulgarity lame ass shows who go in trying to be offensive as possible. It’s like, so Fucking lame. You get the oppurtunity to make real stories free from the restraints of children’s programming but all we have are comedies that all have really vulgar humor at their core, although admittedly to lesser degrees. It pisses me off so much!!!

treasure that friend who’ll yell nonsense sounds at you until you’re both gibbering back and forth like ancient humanity at the tower of babel. love the friend u can make eye contact with before saying some absolute jackshit inside joke you share at the same time and collapsing in entirely unnecessary fits of laughter. acknowledge how lucky you are to have someone you can text at 3am in the morning when you’re on a tangent of a tangent on your bullshit and NEED to blabber incoherently about it to someone or you’ll explode. don’t take for granted the people you know you can talk to about literally anything without fear of judgement or disinterest. because people like that? they’re few and far between.

The thing that puts me off shipping so badly is that when a pairing is popular, the shippers tend to only focus on the characters in shipping terms. Important moments from canon about one of the characters are turned into ship moments, even if the other character isn’t there. I respect everybody’s right to do as they wish, but not everything is about fictional romance. It just irks me how a characters individual qualities and important moments in canon are always reduced to shipping.
